The map below shows Isla Mujeres. Punta Norte the "North Point" is the rocky coastline, while Punta Sur "South Point" are where the beautiful beaches await.

The Eastern side of Isla Mujeres are the beautiful calm water while the Western coastline offers rugged beaches and large waves and is home to several magnificent houses.

For Golf cart tours I would suggest an anti clockwise direction starting and ending at the downtown area by the ferry terminals.
