| I've just read a report on a Palace-affiliated website that the Sun Palace will be closed for remodeling from 09/01/2005 until 10/31/2005. If/when I find a press release or something to confirm that, I'll post it here. For now at least, keep the possibility in mind that the Sun Palace will be closed for two months in the fall.

| Sun Palace Just returned from the Sun Palace. Took the time to keep inquiring if they were planning to close this fall for renovation The answer was no. Palace Resorts has purchased a hotel in downtown Cancun and one in Cozumel. I was told they will be renovating those. This was my 14th trip to the Sun Palace but it had been two years since last visiiting. It was a pleasant surprise to see them painting the hallways and outside of the building, the free bar in the room is new and the Bistro restaurant is new since my last visit. The cushioned chairs in the Zarabanda are also new. I know the management at the Sun Palace has changed since our last visit for the better. Everything about this trip was a pleasure. |

| golf Heading to the Moon Palace in Feb./06 and was wondering if there are any deals for playing the resort course.Price is a little steep for a round. Are there any deals out there? |

| Any information on the newly remodeled Sun Palace??? I just read a review on tripadvisor.com and apparently it is not adult only like The Palace Resort web site states. I'm confused. I visit mid January. Anyone know anything recent on this resort ? |

| Has anyone ever stayed at the LeBlanc Spa Resort....we are booked at the Cancun Palace from Feb. 7 thru Feb. 14 and are concerned the Palace will not be completed. Thinking of switching to LeBblanc |

| I stayed there in October. It is couples only. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent, the staff is outstanding, and the rooms are unbelieveable. The only down-side (to me anyway) is that it is very, very quiet. Dave |

| Interesting, are you sure the Sun Palace closed again? I was scheduled to stay there last week. I talked with Palace Resorts. The resort was open but limited as far as facilities. Though they thought I'd be happy at the Sun Palace, they were courteous to change my reservation to the Moon Palace. Last week the Sun Palace was open I know for sure.

| What a total bummer!!!!!!! We were expected to arrive at the Sun Palace on 1/15!!! We would have been at Le Blanc then - and I had to go and mess with the reservation!!!!!!!! Dang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And double dang!!!!!!! :shock:

| OSUMOM - We currently have reservations at Sun Palace 2/10 - 2/17 and they are offering us a free upgrade to Le Blanc. Our TA made an error that cost us some $$ so after some major complaining this is their offer. I'm concerned that Le Blanc is more mellow & reserved - we are in our mid 40's but still like to have a good time at a bar but not into clubbing. Have you been to both Le Blanc and Sun? Can you give me your opinion of both? Does Le Blanc have any night life? How are the restaurants/reservations at Le Blanc & dress code? |

| LeBlanc is wonderful if you want total tranquility. I was there in Oct. with a bunch of golf buddies and it was quite the let down in that we felt a nuisance if we spoke too loudly at the bar (which no one was at). We went to Buffett's and the others just about every night because LeBlanc has no entertainment, activities, or nightlife. Outside of that, it is an unbelieveable resort. I too am going to Sun Palace Feb. 10 - 18. I do hope it'll be ready for us. DaveT |

| Sun Palace is NOT open per my TA. We are scheduled there 2/10 - 2/17 and they are now saying it will be another week from today. They are bumping everyone who booked with GoGo Worldwide thru 2/15 to Le Blanc. My TA has given us other resort options so another day of surfing the web for info and deciding where we want to stay! My only concern with Le Blanc is that there is not night life what-so-ever. Would have preferred to have a fun bar / show right in the resort and stumble up to bed when it's time!!! |

| Palace Resorts Operational Updates January 29, 2007 Sun Palace As of today we are happy to announce that Sun Palace is fully operational with the exception of the Convention Center and the Thai lounge. These facilities are slated to open on February 8th. There are no signs of construction work at this time. |

| I have clients at the Sun Palace this week and spoke with them today. The Sun Palace is looking great and the renovation is better than anticipated. The rooms are great and the beach area is as beuatiful as always. Some work still being completed yet, nothing to bother. Will keep you posted. Ralph

| LeBlanc Hi, We are in our 40's and we stayed at LeBlanc last May and had a blast. A little laid back but the atmosphere was great. There were stuffy people and people who are very social. It won't make a difference the resort is so gorgeous and staff awsome you won't regret your stay. We did leave the resort of the evenings to go to the club zone and did excursions during the day, but still enjoyed the resort. If you are being offered an upgrade I suggest you take it just for the esperience. We are booking Sun Palace for May, hope we enjoy it as much as we did LeBlanc. Karen |
