so who gonna be at gran costa real from 14th march till 28th hopefully with th grenn slimey stuff round the pool

Yeah I liked the hotel fine. Nice and clean rooms were good. Food was ok. But the staff was brutal

I dunno I never saw them, and the one guy was obsessed with himself. and you never saw them during teh day didn't do much in the way of games and getting the people involved. And they took us to the clubs, then the took off on us?

I never actually did anything woh those entertainment people ijust used to have a good laugh with a few of the blokes behind the barad coupl of the secutrity guards, any1 know f tere still there, the securit guard was small and had a gold tooth and the bar bloke was called julio cant remember the others

We've received a letter from our tour operator telling us that the italian restruant has not changed to Spanish.

The italian was the worst one, so hopefully it'll be an improvement!

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL 9 TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE FOOD IS OK . BAR STAFF IS AWESOME . I GUESS MAYBE BECAUSE I GET VIP SERVICE ITS DIFFRENT BUT ALL THE SAME ITS A GRET PLACE TO STAY. OMAR ALDO AND MARIANNA (ACTIVITIES) ARE GREAT , THEY TRY TO GET PEOPLE INVOLVED.
I GUESS YOU MAKE YOUR HOLIDAY THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO BE.
SO ENJOY EVERYONE.
JUST GOT BACK ON FEB 6TH WAS GREAT

Stayed here in 4/06, when it was still the Gran Costa Real. Had a wonderful time. Read the tip on Trip Advisor to tell them when you check in that it was your 2nd time staying there and you would get an upgrade. I totally lied and said it was our 3rd visit, we were given the black wrist bands (VIP) and I think we were upgraded to the nicest room they had, certainly had the biggest balcony we could see. HUGE room, bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Not sure if this trick would still work but it's worth a shot.
