How to use this forum

Welcome to Cancun Hotels the newest forum here at cancuncare.com.

This forum contains a single thread for each of the major hotels in Cancun. Please post your hotel specific comments, reports, questions and links to your pictures under the appropriate thread for the hotel. If you have a general Cancun query, or a general hotel query then please use the Cancun Info Forum and start a new thread there.

Cancun Hotels forum is different to the other forums we have in a few ways:

Only Administrators can start a new thread. This way we can keep the forum very on topic and avoid the need to search through tens of thousands of posts to view the information you want.

Every so often this forum will be pruned occasionally to remove posts that do not specifically relate to that hotel. By all means commend someone on an excellent trip report but please dont be offended if such posts or other off topic posts get deleted after a few weeks. This way we can keep each thread as condensed as possible.

Each thread title contains information regarding the rating of the hotel (these are purely comparative and do not imply any particular standard) and whether the hotel is All Inclusive or European Plan or both.

All Inclusive means meals, drinks and normally non motorized watersports are included in the price you pay.
European Plan means the price you pay is simply for your room.

Within the thread the first post gives details of the hotel, it's location and up to 6 links per hotel to check on prices and availability and to find more information and view pictures.

Threads will move up and down the board as new posts are made. If you wish to keep track of any particular hotel then I suggest you open the thread and add it to your favourites on your browser. You may also wish to subscribe to email notification, so that you are made aware each time new information is posted about the hotel you are interested in.

This forum has the potential to become a valuable resource but only if people post their reports and comments. If you have posted trip reports or detailed guides previously in other forums here then please help us grow this forum by cut and pasting your report under the appropriate thread here.

Hiya Steve, apologies if I have put a message on the wrong post but I was unable to find anywhere else. I wonder if you could help me. Myself and my fiance are due to come out to Riveria Maya for our honeymoon on the 4th Sept. I am staying in the H10 Ocean Coral (also known as Punta Coral but I am having dificulties in finding their email address. I wanted to email them to request we have a king size bed and a sea view. We were unable to afford the honeymoon suite so wanted at least to get a nice view and a big bed

). Do you know where I could find their email address and contact information?
