| On my fourth day of tanning I burnt... had to take 3 days off but was back in the action today. Ever single year I burn as soon as I get sun exposure, get past it, and then don't really burn anymore after that, just tan. It's a miserable few days but would much rather spend them here in the crummy snowy weather than get burnt my first day in Cancun. Strategy is working! Yea I didnt think I was getting any color but it's really starting to show... might have a nice, non pasty whiteness to my skin by March 3rd when I leave |

| Yeah i got burnt on day 3... just took like 5 days off lol.... a few of that was because of the 324343321 inches of snow we just got, lol. but a part of it was due to sheer laziness! lol i never put lotion on in my everyday life... so its such a hassle to do so for tanning. That and the bed only gives me 5 minutes to get fully naked, lotion up, put my stickers on, and my winkeez. hah i usually have to yell out the door for 5 more! I learned to put my lotion on at home right before i go! OH! i also learned that while you shouldn't over-do your lotion.... The moister you are, the better you tan! Take pictures!!!

| Yea they give us 6 min barely enough time. The stickers havent been working for me! I put it in the same spot each day and I thought I wasnt tanning cause there is absolutly no mark there, but my skin overall is definetly darker. don't know whats wrong there lol. Yea I didnt put lotion on the last 2 days (it froze in my car cause of the 1354564 in snow we have here too, hah) and I feel like now the tan is sticking better... might just continue to go without it. Just got a 2BG memory card, will take Manyyyyyy pictures! |

| Weigh your suitcases before you leave home....cost us an extra $98 bucks to get down there a couple weeks ago, then coming home, out comes the tape measure, they tried to tell us our bags were oversized....we pitched fit, and were left alone....Airtran, carrier for a Funjet Charter..... |

| hehe the trick is to have a bigger carryon or extra book bag. You are along one carry on and one personal(purse or laptop bag). It doesnt matter how big the laptop bag is, as long as there is a laptop in it and it is within carryon size regs. This is the trick i use. I have a rolling carryon for books, snacks, and in flight entertainment..... and then i have a nice XL ll bean book bag i book my laptop in. When my suitcase is overweight. I tell them ill brb and i rearrange things.... i take out my heaviest shoes, blowdryer, or a few heavy things and shove them in my big book bag! works wonders and saves me money every trip. Also, target sells that suitcase weigher thingy... but its 25 bucks. i just put my suitcase on the scale by itself, with a gentle hand behind, holding it so it wont fall. lol.

| we are working out at least 4 times/week and then I find myself constantly looking for new sunglasses/board shorts/t-shirts/sandals/ over and over and over lol. As far as drinking goes, I think we're acclimated just fine cuz over here in Colorado it is very easy to get hangovers with all the thin air that drinking at sea level is always a nice change for me!

| we always do some sort of preliminaries. . .a trip to Houston a weekend or two before and something special like migas and chorizo and a bloody mary for breakfast. we're leaving in two weeks from today for ten days so Saturday we drove to Shreveport (it was in the seventies so we had the top down on the Roadster for the first time this year), went to Cantina Laredo for a flight of anejo tequila, top shelf guacamole, and a cascabel ribeye. . .

| Better to do that locally versus on Day 1 of the vacation! I did this in South Beach a couple years ago...wearing light colored sunglasses that apparently had 0 UV protection...won't make that mistake again!!!
