Were going to cancun the 4th february 2012 what is the weather like.?will it be hot enough to sunbathe,swim is there much rain?

i went to cancun this year on the 13th feb and i know it was raining the week before we went... but that dont mean its the same every year and doubt it would rain all da.... and as for hot enough to sunbathe....take ur suncream
