Alrite! err Yea goin flyin out to Cancun for spring break 2011 on 2nd of March for two weeks, will be my 3rd time in that sexy place! Never the less i've got a few questions:- Riu Cancun - Busy? what to expect during Springbreak? couples or chicks? Nightclub Entry fee - Last two times i've been it's cost around 50 US Dollars for drinks all included, is this still the case? i've been advised by my travel agent to take Pesos this time instead of Dollar cause the goverment are trying to get rid of the drugs cartels, therefore how much is the entrance fee in Pesos? Yea flyin from Manchester with 6 mates, proper lookin fwd to it now!!! Everyone have a top time! "persistance beats resistance!"

Ravel agents are completely misinformed. Come with USD, it's fine if that is what you want to use as money. Most transactions can't be more then $100 at a time, with paying with cash. most places of business won't accept $100 bills, but I have never had issues changing over at the cambios. RIU Cancun is a great place for Spring Break.

Riu Cancun is a great hotel. But beware: RIU Cancun overbooks during busy periods such as spring break. You might end up spending a couple of nights at RIU Caribe.
