Ringing Cell Phone in Cancun

Hi all,

Im wondering to ring a cell phone in cancun how would the number start and how to ring it (if international code or area code has to be used) as i will have a UK cell phone with me.

If you are asking about how to call TO the UK from Mexico, on your UK cell phone, you would dial 001-then your country code, then the city or area code, then the number in the UK you are calling.

If you are asking how you can be called FROM the UK, the caller would just dial your number and presumably, if you have International Roaming, the call would "find you" here in Cancun.

Both are deadly costly to you.

You might be better off bringing a headset with a microphone, and going to one of the many internet cafes all over the Hotel Zone, and use Skype. If you don't have Skype service you can subscribe online and put credit in your account by credit card before you leave or upon your arrival.
