| We are going to the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum the first week in July and I know the Tigres are at home in Cancun that week. Does anyone know of any tours that go to a game? If not, any suggestions on getting there and back cheaply and safely? Thanks! |

| I doubt there are any tours but you can walk to the stadium in about 5 minutes from Walmart or Sams. It is pretty much behind Walmart and the walk, partly through a field, is safe. Google map Walmart Cancun and you can see the stadium SE of Walmart but not the tiny baseball field you see right across the street. A bit more SE for the Tigres stadium. You can take the public bus to the downtown Cancun bus terminal and grab a cab for about $50 pesos to the stadium. The regular cab fare just went up from $20 to $23 according to a friend (I have a car) and from a Sitio/taxi stand, like at the bus terminal, they up charge you a bit. It could be only $40 if it's $50 that is less than $1 US difference. Going back to the bus station is a flag em down in the street and will be $23. Good tickets are available for $90 pesos, about $8 US. Sec 2 is down the 1st base line, 3 behind the plate and 4 is down the 3rd base line. Recommend rows C-E as A&B can make you have to look around the beer guys. Send me a Private Message if you have any detailed questions or for specific seat suggestions. Cheers,
