Default Xel-Ha, Xcaret or Xplor at Christmas

So i've looked at a lot of stuff but I still cannot decide which one over the other. We will have 2 adults and a 11 and 13 yr old boys. Who's been and what did you think? We are also going from Dec 24 - 31 if that helps.
Thanks a bunch for replies!!

My rankings.....

Xcaret
Xel-Ha
Xplor

The three offer completely different things.

If you want to snorkel and spend the day pretty much in water, go to Xel-Ha

If you have never zip lined go to Xplor. In my opinion, I would never do Xplor again, and if a friend asked me about it, I would say skip it. I was bored less then an hr after I got there. The zip lines were not thrilling, the water activities were tiring, and the ATV's were just a constant traffic jam.

My favorite place in all the Riviera Maya is Xcaret. You have beach and water, great shows, piece of Mexican culture all in one. And its the longest day, so you get the biggest bang for your buck. The Mexican Show in the evening is a MUST SEE. You leave before that and you missed the best part.

I agree. Skip Xplor. My favorite is Xel-ha.

Xcaret has more going on - Xel Ha is beautiful but its all about the ocean- if its a cold day its not enjoyable.Xplor great for teenager.

The water at XelHa may be a little cold this time of the year, but if you do some vigorous swimming for a few minutes, you should be OK. XelHa is my favorite park activity-wise, closely followed by Xplore. By the way, I recommend the food at Xplore, it's amazing!

Merry Xmas and have fun in our wonderful Cancun!
