| A sunny and fresh morning with some south east blowing, ocean looks nice but stll not back to normal and yo can still see some waves. Few clouds in the sky and temperature raising every hour.

| It has been raining here since 1:00 PM and the wind had change from moderate to strong, ocean very rough, full of waves, high sea. The sky looks white with gray and remain close. Cancun, IM and Cozumel docks have been closed to small embarcations. Temp 71°

| We have an amzing and incredible day, the ocean looks like a picture without waves or movement and showing all kind of blues and greens. The sky is 100% clear, no wind :shock: at all. Temp is 83° in the shadow and everybody is out in their boats, waves, etc. A perfect Cancun Sunday

| After a few nigh showers on Tuesday and Wednesday the sky has clear. Last night the temperature raised and the humidty due to the rains was very high. Today we have clear sky, friendly and calm ocean with Norwegian Cruise docked between IM and Cancun, sun shining, low humidity and not a single blow of air. Beware Sea Lice seasson is about to begin. :arrow:

| Ana, I love your reports Ana, I love your weather reports!! I check every day to see if there is a new one!! We are coming down on the 26th to the BBG with my wifes folks and mine! I read your weather reports to help pass the time!! I have a question for you though! I see you put up a warning about the sea lice!! Yuck are they already showing up? Last year we came down the week before and we snorkeled every day but one I was feeling sick with the "revenge" and had no problems with the sea lice! Is it a big diffeence for a difference of a week or do they just show up when they feel like it!! One more question for you! can you buy the Sea Safe lotion down there if we hear that they are around? Thanks I hope it was Ok to ask you this in the weather section? - Derik |

Nothing about sea lice but good reading none the less! I don't care if they are there or not when we get there they just better move over or enjoy giving me the rash because you will not be able to keep me out of the water!! | Yes, I think they are crazy. I have being reading the weather forcast and it says rain for all this week, well he haven´t seen a drop since Wednesday and it only rained at night. Today the weather has change and wind is blowing form the southe east, ocean looks very weavy and the navigation is closed for snorkeling in opean waters. The sky has been part time cloudy but the sun has been out most of the morning, the temp is 78° in the shadow and very low humidity.

| i do not understan why the forcast for Cancun show rain most of the weeks; no this is not our rain seasson and even when the forcast for this week also show showers, it has not rain since 1 week ago. In this time of the year the common thing is the wind (south east) and (north or cold fronts) and when it rain is only a quick shower mostly at night or ver early in the morning. Today we have a mostly cloudy sky with fresh air from the south-east, ocean is wavy and themp is 73° with low humidity. Sun hide in the clouds and keep coming out and back to hide.

| Last year this week! We were down there last year this week and we are going this saturday a week later! Last year it showed the same thing rain for about 5 of our 7 day stay! well the only day out of the 7 it rained we rented a jeep and drove down to Xpu ha i think that is how you spell it and it was a beautifull day and when we got back to the hotel there was about 1 foot of water in the street so we got lucky and missed the rain altogether! We talked some people at our hotel and they said all that flooding was caused by about an hour of very heavy rain then it was gone! So really not sure why they keep listing rain?? What you want to look at is on the weather channel web site scroll down and look at the radar and that will give you the best idea if any large area storms are near by that could wash out a whole day and It does not look like it!!
