Me too! we are bringing my folks down and my wifes folks and this is my dads first time out of the US! So I really hope so as well and feel pretty good about it after last years worries then no rain!! - derik

Just came back from looking the sky for a long time; an amazing full moon lights all the sky, no clouds, no rain and after a while looking to the dark sky at night you can see a big and sparkling venus to the right and down of the moon.

If you have as a company the ocean music, venus and full moon then you are in heaven.

Another great sunny day, wind stop blowing, clouds went aeay yesterday and temp got higher today. Ocean is very calm and friendly.

This is my last report until Monday because I am going out of town tomorrow morning to attend a wedding at Cuernavaca.

oops didnt see the baton handed over until just now, I have been in Belize so have missed a few days posts:

This morning was hot, hot, hot, woke up to a cloudless sky and temps reached 85F (30C) about 1pm. That is the hottest temp my thermometer has recorded all year.

About 4pm it clouded over and rained on and off for a couple of hours. It's stopped now and the sky is clear again. Temp right now at just gone 10pm is 76.6F or 24.8C.

Not sure what tomorrow will bring

Monday was an awful day, it rained for quite a few hours - unusual for February and when it wasnt raining it was overcast.

Today was a little cloudy but brightening up throughout the day, by mid afternoon it was quite hot about 80F - now at 7pm the temp is 75F

Apologies, I have problems with our wireless connection and it takes up to 5 minutes every time I want to read a new post or reply.

Today we are having a sunny day with some quickly running clouds, temp is now 83° in the shade. Ocean has been very rough and wavy due to the strong north wind. At the HZ no rain and low humidity.

We expect better wather and less wind tomorrow.

Much better weather today, an awsome sunraise getting out of the calm blue ocean up to an also clear and blue sky. Wind and clouds are gone, sun is out and shinning, ocean is calm and soft showing out all its blue colors. Temp 83° low humidity.

A sunny morning, with strong wind ( AGAIN ) from the north and some cluds downtown. Ocean is wavy and let us see its white top as it crashes into the reefs ar the beach. temp 78° high humidity.

Another sunny day, few puffy clouds and fresh wind form the north, ocean looks in calm and there is a lot of peopl out in the beach taking the sun and snorkeling. Low humidity 79°

Yes but it is becase of the cold north wind that arrive yesterday, temp will raise tomorrow as the cold front goes away.

If tou can select I think the best to assure good weather is Mid June to August this months are hottest and sun almost guarantee, in September we may have some hurracaine tails that cause a lot of rain and bumpy ocean.

I appreciate the info. We will be going to cancun for the first time and I do not want to wait till the beginning of next year to go in like march,april or may. it sounds like from everything I am hearing mid june looks the best for us. any more info people would like to offer is great.

:? A new one "cold front" hit us last night after a 30 minutes rain around 7:30 PM, Wind begin to blow very strong from the north. The temp got down to 76°. Morning was cloudy, now the sun is out but still remain some little clouds that travel fast with the wind blowing from the north. Ocean is very high and strong waves are showing the bad humor of nature.

A slow and gray day. We had a great sunrise early in the morning and then tons of gray/black clouds fill the sky making a foggy and slow day. Cold north air began to blow at noon with some showers and stay for the rest of the day.

Now wind is gone, temp has gone down and let see how weather look tomorrow.
