It was a little cloudy yesterday with some light rain. Today it's warm and sunny again, a few white clouds about but not rainclouds. Temp at 10:53am is 89F

After a sunny morning a shower cover the HZ for 45 minutes near noon and then sun came out for the rest of th day, ocean change with the rain and the wind but at this night time is very calm and friendly.

Yesterday and today we had some wicked downpours, but they only lasted about five minutes then the sun was out again. Sticky humid right after a lot of rain!

We ar having a great sunny day with few puffy clouds hanging on the sky at Isla Mujeres, humidity is 100% and is very hot, warm wind bowing from the SE and ocean is a little rough.

After yesterday night heavy rain and thunder store, the morning was clean and sunny but still with strong wind from the North
(I am very happy to report that we are having North “cold front” since they are the ones that keep hurricanes out of our way and make the season show down)

At 11 Am local time, rain began again and the sky got dark, few showers after now it is clouded and wind has decrease as well as ocean level.

We had be suffering from what in Mexico is known as de Cordonazo de San Francisco, the 04 th of October is Saint Francisco day and it is said that his saint day comes accompany with a lot of showers and rain and it becomes truth every year.


Showers at night and day that do not last more than 15 minutes, wind that comes and goes and erratic ocean.

It has been sunny and hot with fesw clouds and some showers late night or early morning that cause humidity to be 100% during the day. Ocean is friendly and ocean water temperature is still warm.

Today was cloudy, ocean very rough and high. Mid to strong wind from the North and NE at sometime. Temp was warm to hot and humidity was high.

This morning we had a very strong storm with heavy rain, light storm, wtrong north wind and a very rough ocean. At noon the sum came out and the wind take a rest but if you want to know my personal experience; bad weather will hit us again on weekend.

Weather keep not very favorable, we have a polar wind blowing very strong form the NW making the ocean very rough and high. Sun play peek a boo and show off only few times a day.

Today we have few weak showers, temp has get cold near 13° at morning.

Tomorrow is suppose to be the coldest day of the week getting low to 09° at earlty morning.

deg.farenheit = deg. centigrade x 1.8 + 32


So 13 centigrade is a cold 55.4 deg.

After a very cloudy and rainy weekend, Monday did not show the sun and remian cloudy with scattered showers and strong wind from the NE


For the first time on 9 yesars we had not been able to go out to the ocean since 8 weeks ago :shock:

Hi Ana, I kinda wish we could cancel our trip. I donot want to wear jeans and sweat shirts! It is costing alot of money to come to Cancun We will be arriving Dec 26th. We have two boys ages 9 and 11 I cannot imagine them not swimming Help will it get better????? Right now it is like a spring day in New York this is crazy!!! My husband barred me from the web cam in Cancun LOL.
