Hard Rock Cafe : Cancun

We are leaving for Cancun on Jan 27-Feb 3. We will be staying at the Royal Solaris.
My husband loves to visit the Hard Rock Cafes when we vacation, when we were there last year, it had not been rebuilt.
Is it up and going now? :?:

When we were there in April of 2006 it was up and going. It was not very busy, and the mall part was being rebuilt still, but the restaurant was just fine. We like to go there each time we are in Cancun, so was glad it was fine.

Thanks for the news, we were there the end of Feb last year and it was not open and at their shop at the airport a clerk told us that they were not going to rebuild. So we are glad to hear this.
Also , Steve , thank you and all of the members for all of the great information that you share.
We went to Cancun last year for the first time and already had our reservations made before "Wilma", and were so scared that things would not be good when we got there. With the information I learned from your website, we went with confidence that all was well and that they were working very hard to get ready for visitors. We stayed at BlueBay Club and it was great, they had done so much work and remodeling there.
We had a great time.
