| ok i know alot of you tend to party all day and such while down there, but at least one day i like to just sit with a book in the sun kinda recharge. its also good for some down time in the room waiting for others to get ready or to just take a break from the sun..and such as well as airport and the plane. does anyone have any reconmendations for a good holiday read? i always bring a couple of magazines for the journey as well..but im always looking for a good book maybe by chance others are as well.

| yes...i like too well i try too my first year i brought rachel's holiday with me thinking it woudl be a good holiday read. ppfftt was i wrong. it was about some girl going to rehab. im just finishing a book now (will be done this weekend) and no doubt i'll get another one in before i go. so i/d like to start something fresh for the trip. but nothing too heavy. i boguht my friend leonard as well so imight read that next. but its kinda a hard read with the way that guy writes. i prefer a bit of fluff for holiday. whichi have at home, but they are hard covers and id ont really want to travel with that

| I always take books on holiday. This year I'm taking a couple of 'Breaking Vegas' because i'm going there in October and I'm going to kid myself into thinking I'll win a fortune!

| I would highly recommend Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler. Very interesting read about the ideas he had before he took power. Plus its a great way to meet people with common interests. |

| How about Machiavelli's "The Prince", Marx's "Communist Manifesto", Plato's "Republic". A nice cross-section of philosophy to peruse.
