Default What's your pregame warm up?
I have the Olympics in my home city starting TODAY!!!! I live 5 miles from downtown. Two weeks of hardcore partying ending Sunday the 28th then I leave for Cancun on the 4th. I should and will be primed up and ready to go.

How about you?

I hope so too. I got slovakia vs latvia and the gold medal game. I'm almost more excited, dare i say, to see Russia play. either way it will be crazy! about to head DT now

I live about an hour away from Panama City Beach and we've been going down there every weekend partying ..So I guess thats my warm up lol

yeah man. my seats are sec. 323 (center ice) row 12. market value is at least $5000 for both right now. maybe even more since the games started.

There's a bar near us that does different drink specials every half hour. The goal of the evening: to do one of each special until close. Works pretty well, had a pitcher of bud light, red bull & vodka, pitcher of blue moon, vodka & tonic, and rum & d. coke on Friday night... needless to say, success! Liver is workin hard...

How pissed off would you be, if by some strange act of God, it ended up being the Slovaks and the Latvians hahahah

They BOTH would somehow have to beat Mother Russia and the Czech Republic to advance past the group stage hahaha

As much as I'd like to see the States win it all, there's just way too much talent in this tournament. They are too young to take down the top teams in the world......wait a minute, I've heard this story somewhere before

Andrew, Steve N, and me did our spring break rehearsal at Mardi Gras this past weekend. I think it's safe to say we are ready for Cancun. Some highlights...

-Ron Jr got recognized by some fan at a bar on Bourbon St. She was totally his type too.
-Andrew got hit on by a married woman
-I did some dancing on stage (I think I was the only guy they ever let on to the stage the whole weekend)
-Joy ride with two complete stranger (I don't think we ever got their names).
-BJ shot girl at Razoo
-Andrew got a kiss from a drunk man
-We had some delicious gator meat
-Girl next door to our hotel trying to come in at 4AM in the morning

Did I miss anything?

This weekend a friend of mine and a couple more buddies are gonna get crazy for his birthday. Starting off with beer pong then moving on to straight shots. And the guy:girl ratio is actually decent this time too

went down and partied HARD in down town vancouver. So much fun. one of the best party nights of my life. I LOVE having the olimpics at home. got sooo wasted.
but i have a feeling Cancun is gunna top it by a long shot. 12 days!!!!!!

my pregame warmup sadly consists of working and being in the gym 5-6 times a week....my body will be all jacked up, my tolerance, not so much...its gonna be a sloppy one kids!!

you change anything up from your usual routine for cancun, or is it pretty much business as usual?

My way to keep my body guessing is not do anything for 11 months then BAM, work out for a month before Cancun.

I've only heard good things about P90X. Never done it myself. But the diet is the biggest part of it.

Boxing is my sport and the workouts we go through are pretty intense.
I'm about 15lbs off my weight from a shoulder surgery I had recently. No excuse though, abs are made in the kitchen. I'm in no mood to ramp up training this close to vacation. lol

I'm super hyped right now lol! Just talked to the guys and we are throwing a Going Away To Cancun Spring Break Party next Saturday! Then the very next day we are headed out to Miami where we will party it up in South beach with the spring breakers that are down there for 1 night..Then monday morning at 10:45 we will be on the way to continue the party in Cancun!! Sounds like the ultimate party week!!!!!!!! HYPE HYPE HYPED LOL
