Shane25 Trip Report!

ok, sorry it took a lil while, been busy with school and what not. anyways here it is:
left to vancouver saturday night and stayed at my buddies place, Had a flight at 6 the next mornin so we boozed it a bit and passed out for like 3 hours. went to the airport bright and early still a lil drunk and met up with 3 other people in our group. everything went smooth and crashed almost the whole way there which was awesome. got there at about 2 PM and grabed a shuttle to our hotel. Got all checked in and droped off our shit in our rooms. then went down did a couple tequila shots to get us rollin then checked out the resort. Dinner was actualy not bad at the buffet, the "beef with sauce" was super good haha, they just gotta work on the names. Later that night We were trying to get our party packages but we didnt know how to get them or who from, and we all got pretty drunk too. So we were calling S-Trip in toronto from our hotel phone and left several drunk messages on their emergency line haha, The guy did end up calling us but by then We were wasted and decided to stay in. we paid for 6 nights so we got one night off. ended up giving the lobby bartender tons of money and got suuuper drunk and had to get carried out haha.

Day 2. woke up at like 7 or 8AM or something rediculous, went down and got breakfast, started it off with some mamosas and what not to keep the hangover away. Went back up to wake up everyone else, hit the swim up bar at like 10 30. Met some other canadians down there. We were there til like 12 30 or 1 just drinking the whole time and again I got wayyyy to drunk so I went to bed. I ended up getting sick and it was dicusting, ill touch back on it later haha. Anyways got my shit together and went out to Dady'Os, met up with out party package guy and he set us up with a booth and a bottle of jose to start, I think we went through 2 of them that night as well as pitchers of kamakazi shots. dont remember this night very well but I got home at like 3 30 i think.

Day3. Went swimming at 11 in the ocean for an hour or something then to the swim up bar, took it a little easier this time haha. partied through out the day. Went out to this pool party thing behind the city Im pretty sure it was Playa Cabana. We got a table right next to the stage with tequila bottles and kamakazis flowing all night. At the end I would just walk around with the 40 of tequila. dancing with a girl on stage and pouring it into a different girls mouth below me. Also there was a bikini contest tonight and 2 out of the 3 girls I was with went into it haha. I think one got 3rd and the other got 4th or 5th out of 14 so thats pretty good. But of course the person that was taking pictures for this sucked and had a weird mode on so they were suuuper blurry which is a bummer. one of the girls went out on to the beach with some guy to go swimming and the guy ended up paying the police 100 buckes so they didnt go to jail. We left at 5 30 in the mornin and got some tacos from a stand outside the place. There was a weird hole in the cement with a board over it that I almost fell in and later some girl did fall in, kinda sketchy but she was ok.

Day 4: went to the flea market today and bought a cigar and a shot glass for 10 bucks, not bad. took for ever to get that low tho. one of the girls I was with didnt know quite get the barganing idea so she paid like 25 bucks for a shirt haha. Last year we made friends with one of the guys selling braclets down there and we ran into him! it was crazy. he remembered us too. bought a couple things from him and went back to the hotel. This night we went to Bulldog, The mc on the stage brought up our group on to the stage with some random girls for a lil while which was dope, other than that only girls were allowed up. One of the girls went in the hot tub and the others were on stage quite a bit. we crushed 3 40s of jose and we all were tipping really well so the bartender was bringing us shots like every 10 min i swear, it was crazy. I cant believe no one got sick this night haha. It was a weird crowd tho, we were the youngest ones there by quite a bit and not a very big spring break crowd at all... we left at like 4 i think.

Day 5: same day as usual, booze and some ocean etc... This night was the first night S-Trip actualy had staff down, and it was just the 3 main guys. So we went and partied with them at dady'Os again. We went through 2 40s of jose real quick at the start, then I took one of their spots as a judge for the bikini contest!! that was super dope. partied and danced for a while. I still had one of the S-Trip neck things on from the judging. Me and my buddy went up to ultra lounge but my buddy got stopped and the guy was telling us to go back and we wernt allowed in, then i showed him my s-trip thing and then he brought us up, kicked 2 guys out of their tables pushed 2 together so we each had a whole one and brought back 2 40s of jose. We ended up leaving at like 5 I believe. This was one of the better nights because it had a more spring break feel to it.

Day 6: Another party in the sun, lots more breakers arriving throughout the day which was nice to see. This night we went to The City, I didnt really care for it at first. but after some tequila shots it got better. They did a couple shows that reminded me of coco bongo but then it was back to the club vibe. Made super good friends with a bartender who would fill up 2 full cups of tequila at a time for us. The waiters kept taking my money and never bringing me anything, i gave them like 30 bucks, i guess someone in the group was being a douche or not tipping. we had a bunch of new people in the group now so that was prob the case. left here around 4 30 i think, got some pizza and went back to the hotel.

Day 7: LAST FULL DAY Day went as usual but we met lots more people and it was more rowdy then it was. This night we went back to bulldog, It was alot better this time around. Tons of breakers, bartenders were still good to us bringing us lots of drinks and bottles. It was a good way to end it. saw some people get kicked out for fucking in the club haha, got a burito came back and partied some more. When we left at like 5 we were talking to some guy bargaining for some pizza and we looked over and this guy stabbed another guy like 8 times, then like 40 security guards swarmed them. the guy the got stabbed was still trying to fight the guy haha it was crazy. I wanted to go to congos or something and keep partyn since it was our last night but no one else wanted to go. So that didnt end up happening. Oh well. We decided to come back and stay up all night but that lasted like 35 min tops haha.

Day 8: woke up at 10 feelin like shit and pissed off we had to leave in like 3 hours. packed up and checked out. we owed 15 US for our phone bill talking with our club guy and s-trip. and each call only like 5 cents haha so lots of calls. grabbed a drink and waited for our shuttle. He picked us up and he took us the long way to the airport which was weird, we went through the top part of the 7 and through down town instead of through the bottom. He was going like 100 miles an hour with an corona can cracked which he was sipping on weeving through traffic haha it was crazy. Got to the airport, everyone ie basically dead. got a burito one last time in the airport. I wasnt sure If I had enough money to buy tequila before I left so I didnt, worst decision ever because i did have enough and a 9 dollar bottle of tequila there is like 50 bucks here. landed in vancouver at 8, Every one peaced it but me beacuse I still had to go to kelowna, however I had to take a bus which sucked. So i chilled at the airport for a couple hours then took the sky train to the bus terminal, got there at like 11 30 for a 12 30 bus but found out that it was full, so I had to chill in a 24 hour tim hortons (canadian coffe and bakery chain) til 5 in the morning which sucked. and Also it was in a kinda sketchy area so this one guy was trying to talk to me alll night when i was trying to sleep. But the good news was I was the first person to win a rool up the rim to win at the restaurant, I guess it started at midnight haha (canadians will know what this is). finally got on the bus passed out and woke up in kelowna at like 1 pm the next day. went to the doctors ( about the puke thing because it was like black... super gross ) and now i gotta get blood work done tomorrow haha, crazy. apperently it is a sign of blood getting diggested so it could be an ulcer or another reason for internal bleeding...
Anyways thats my trip in an poorly written nut shell, pics will be posted soon.

I wish I was going at least the week after mine. The spring break acitivity was pretty low, It sucks my school got out so much earlier. there was like 20 breakers at the hotel when we got there, 300 checked in the day we checked out s-trip said just at our hotel.
moral of my trip: Tip well!!! dont go swimming at night on the beach. party packages can be anoying. I didnt mind because i got it for free but if you have the money, i would say buy the night of. I never got to go to senor frogs, basic or sweet. 2 of em are my favourites. Also never got to try out mandela or roo either.
Im gunna work my ass off this summer to make sure I have enough moneythis year so there is no last second booking happening, chances are I wont get as lucky next time.

Anyways, It was an awesome trip overall, probably doesnt top last year but I guess ill have to try again for 2012!!! last spring break til the world ends haha. and It will deffinitely be a later week.

I just love reading trip reports. I had to pay the police $100 last year when I went because I got in trouble for being on the beach as well. Sounds like you had a blast!

yea i got kicked out of The City for being too drunk and once outside, a cop was gonna take me to jail. Fortunately, there was some cash in my wallet, not sure how much but i still had enough for cab fare somehow.

Huh? I don't remember this.

Basically the the main dance floor has a 15 foot circle that very slowly spins. Most people don't even notice it is always so crowded. It is flat with the main dance floor.

i just came back from the hotel zone... you can really tell now that american spring break is kicking... had an awesome time, heard about prices and saw most of the places starting to pack... except for slices, i think we cancuncarers are the only ones going there hahaha i have no clue how its still open haha

anyway... i guess my spring break has stared, met with one of the cc peeps today and waiting for tips to arrive on sunday to use our discount cards woooooooo

this is year is gonna be epic yay!
