| I know its spring break and everyone wants to party all day and all night. Would anyone want to fish a shared charter? I would rather at least meet someone on a forum than totally random people if you get a shared trip through the boats. I am looking for like a 6hr I will do 8hr if that what someone was looking for. |

| When we went we caught a lot of fish. I got really sea sick, which wasn't fun, but we did get a shark out of the deal |

| Sharks are actually really easy to catch because they are super agressive. Once I caught like 2 dozen little sharks on one trip. And when I finally caught a regular fish , by the time I reeled it in, only the head was left. The rest already got eaten by the sharks. LOL.

I was a commercial fisherman for 10 years. worked in cabo, costa rica, panama, but mostly sunny san diego. let me know, cancuns fishing season is not exactly right now, but still can catch some wahoo and dorado, barracuda and grouper. Just need to go 8hrs minimum. |

| I have been on a few fishing trips down in Cancun. The deep sea charters are Ok, we caught a ton of bonita which is like a tuna. They tell you that you will be catching all kinds of cool fish including sail fish etc.. however, once you get out on the water it is a different story. They will ask you if you plan to have the fish taxidermied and if you say no, they wont even target those fish and you will be catching the junk fish all day. IMO its not worth the several hundred dollars per person! So, the next time I decided to bring a pack fishing rod and some saltwater lures and fished right on the beach, which I asked and is completely legal. I ended up catching lots of really cool fish and it didn't cost me anything and didn't take up my entire day! |

| I start early in the morning infront of my resort. Start casting and moving either direction. If you see a bunch of birds in one specific spot in the sky, usually that means a school of jacks are moving through and chasing baitfish schools. You can usually see the fish if you have a nice pair of polarized lenses and just cast into them. You can also find structure like rocks/reefs to fish, but since they rebuilt the beach they may be buried now! Feel it out, good luck! |

Dude, I remember you saying you traded in futures, so I assumed you were in finance. Fishing too? You must have a lot of fingers in a lot of pies....... | |
