Like said before : If you want to stay in the Hotel Zone Champions Sports Bar is my first choice. http://www.champions.marriottcancunrestaurants. com/ But for real atmosphere head to Downtown Cancun by Bus and go to La Taberna. Cool place, cheap drinks, and easy to reach bus from the HZ La Taberna

You could always try the sports bar at Oasis since you're staying there? Not sure the programming they have, but I remember a few games going.

I was in Cancun last year while the World Cup was on and it was shown everywhere! However, obviously the World Cup is an exception. For the Premier League, I would imagine your hotel would be the best place, Mexican TV regularly shows Premier League games as do most Countries in the World! So Im sure if your polite enough they will put in on in the bar of your hotel.
