Hey guys!

Just to let you know that I've been here for a few days now and I'm still gathering experiences to post here (there are quite a lot!)

Now it's 8:44 here and I have to shower, go down to eat and then start the drinking madness, so hopefully I'll write it tomorrow!

Sadly and stupidly, I forgot the cable for my Sony cam so I can't download the damn pictures to my laptop! And finding an electronic store here is like finding a needle in a haystack. I still have to try some shops at downtown to see if at least I can get me a memory reader.

Just a pointer, you better like brazilian women, because 99.9% of the zillions of persons here are from Brazil. Most of them are gorgeous, but for some reason I don't digg the hugeenormous asses and wisp's waist, 2 meters tall and the language. No offense but for my native language (spanish), women speaking in portuguese sound a little "masculine"; it's probably some phonetic psychological shit in my head or something but that's how it is.

Yeah but as a Sony cam, it uses a MS Duo and the laptop only reads SD - MMC


Man, I'm so fucking wasted today, I can't even understand what I'm writing. Yesterday we when to the first party of the Mardi Gras at the Pat o' Briens and it was freaking awesome. The thing is that I drank way to much in the hotel and at the bar, so I can't remember most of it.

Bear with me as I can't even modulate and think to write this

Tonight I think is the foam party at ... don't know where. The City? I forgot, yesterday the girl from the Chill Out crew told me.


I can't believe, and its actually pretty scary, that I don't remember anything from last night or the nights before... :O Today I've looked at the pictures / videos and realized that most of those things were totally erased from my head! Man, I don't even remember how I got back to the hotel; for what is worth somebody may ass rape me one of these nights I won't even know about it

Anyway, probably living the best days of my life down here; it's like the 8th time I'm around in CUN and it only gets better.

As a little tale, last night the phone rang, was the reception (like at 5 am), and after I hanged it, I went, turned on the shower and went to sleep in the tub! Why you ask? I don't know, that's how fucked I was / am . I woke up around 12 pm and now my left ear is clogged and it won't pop up, it's driving me insane.

Of course I'll go tonight and party again but I think I'll be drinking water only, I can't even bear the thought of alcohol!

I'm staying at the Grand Viva Beach because the Oasis was down when I needed to buy it; Nuno gave me a number but they told me that the reservations could be made only by calling the Atlanta number (whatever that means, I don't know). But man, I don't regret it at all, in fact and as crazy as it may seem, I think I like it here more than in the Oasis! The whole complex is newer, you don't have to walk a thousand meters to go to each restaurant / bar, and the beach is amazing, is huge and the water here is like a natural pool, no waves at all. In the Oasis I spent the whole day sitting by the pool as the beach was awful, with pointy rocks waiting to cut you open in every step. Here instead, everything is built around the beach (hence the name ) So, if you ask me now, next year if I'm still alive, I might pick this over the Oasis. I have a couple of others that I would like to try (Riu, Melia, Krystal... I don't know, and the swingers friendly Temptations ).

Speaking of which, before arriving here I've read some post of a guy asking about getting laid or something like that, and a mod (I think, I don't remember who was) said something very wise that "first you come to party, then you may get the girls, they are only a part of the party" and I couldn't agree more. You are so relaxed at the bars for example that you may actually not care about girls and just focus on partying with the crowd and meeting people from around the world.

Let me see... what else to tell you, the weather has been mostly cloudy / rainy since I arrived, but with day hours with a strong sun, so no complains there. Today for instance, just a couple of hours ago, a great storm started. And from what I've seen in the reports, it was / will be continuing to be cloudy.

I think that might be all I could write while my head is spinning like crazy. I know that most of it made no sense, there must be a gazillion of errors / words that doesn't exists and that those were random bullets of information, but I did my best. If you want to know about something I've missed, ask away.

Hope to see any of you when we go out at night and will keep you posted on the CUN news while I'm still breathing

PS. DAMN how I wish I could download those picture to post them, I think that tomorrow I'll go get me the memory reader

It must be an older model. My Sony TX1 takes SD card.

They fixed the beach last year. There was no more rocks at Oasis last year.

The oasis has a florida number that can do reservations but the oasis also can do them again now in mexico because they have an office there again

I just came back to my room from Roo tonight and I've only drank water and diet coke the whole day. I realized how boring is to go dancing and drink water, you feel like a fool haha

Roo is kind of hard to see from the outside...same for sweet. you have to get up the staris to actually see if there is a crowd. Never seen it not packed...and that was in the "off season".
