Party Resorts (When and Where???)

Okay ladies and gentleman, just want to start by saying I went to Cancun this past year to Oasis in late April, first time to Cancun so of course it was fun. I realize it wasn't SB, but still a pretty good time.

Since I've been to Oasis already and I've just turned 21, I'm still looking for the other top party resorts not named Oasis? I've heard Riu Cancun is good due to the location to all the clubs, etc. Anywhere else?

Also, looking for a good time to go. I go to university in Canada, so I'll be in the middle of school during American SB. For the Canadians out there, is their more partying during reading week (Early Feb) or post exams (mid-late April)?
