|  Looking for a cheap place to stay? Between March 10th - April 10th Hey Folks, Since one of my travelmates dropped out of Springbreak 2012 i am offering a luxury and affordable space to stay in my Penthouse at the Villas Marlin. Its an oceanfront Penthouse located at the Villas Marlin basically across Luxury Avenue or in 5min walking Distance from the La Isla Mall. Busses need 7minutes to the Clubs and there is a Busstop right in front of the Gated Community. This is a 2-level Penthouse, with 2 BR / Baths,so i am offering you: A big spacious Bedroom with Kingsize Bed , Big Plasma, Apple Mac Mini for Internet, free Videos on Demand, Water Dispenser and Fridge. You will have your own private full Bath with Tub. The Penthouse has a big fully equiped kitchen, and a big living room. There is also a large rooftop patio (only one at the Complex) with wooden deck, a Jacuzzi, BBQ-Grill and Deckchairs. Other amneties of the Penthouse are: - Free Long Distance : VoIP System from Vonage...has Miami area code and number. Free , unlimited calls to U.S. , Canada and Parts of Europe. - Washer and Dryer - Free Wifi Complex feautures: - Airport pick up and return available. Beauty, nail and hair by appointment in room. - Massage available in room. - On Site Host available to assist with activities, tours/excursions, restaurant recommendations, VIP access to night clubs, questions or concerns. - 3 new pools including kids pool, mini market and pool bar restaurant. - Room Service is available. - Tennis court w/Pro available by appointment. - Complex is in center of Cancun 's Hotel Zone right on the best beach in the area. Villas Marlin is a secure gated community with 24 hour security ( 3 security guards monitoring access to property from street and beach at all times) ..... includes camera monitoring. I would ask for 450 USD per week. No matter if you stay alone or with someone else at the BR. Availabilty is from March 10th till April 10th. | Just a remark from all the questions that i got on Facebook: - The offer consists off using one of the two Bedrooms and your private bathroom at the first floor of this Penthouse. I am staying at the 2nd Floor as i am down there with a busload of other people (staying in other appartments at the complex). You are more then welcome to use all the amneties of this appartment (livingroom, kitchen, rooftop patio, etc.) and hit with us the clubs or daytime parties at the Oasis Come on folks, 490$US/week is a really good deal. And if you are traveling with a buddy its only 245 per person . Perfect bang for the buck with a taste of luxury. |
