where to go for canadian reading week?

I was at Cancun two years ago for spring break in march and it was simply awesome. This year I was hoping to go on another insane trip in late february aka the 20th ish but somewhere else. I'm wondering if there is anywhere else that would be comparable in parties, girls and weather.Any input would be helpful.
