|  How Much Spending Money? Hi Guys, Well holiday time isnt far off! I'm just wondering if anyone can give me an idea on how much spending money i should be expected to take? I'm staying at the RIU Cancun 2 weeks all inclusive with a couple of friends. This will be my first time in Cancun so im not sure what to expect with prices for club enterance etc i was thinking of taking £1000 which is about $1564 is this enough? Thanks for any help  |

| Jamie i took £1,000 in March this year and i didn't go a night skint. With that I bought a soccer shirt, presents for all the family and went on two excursions. (scuba n jungle tour). The clubs are cheap as drinks are included however the more you tip the better and quicker drinks you get. So providing your friends are not tight and share the tipping duties you'll be fine. For coming march I'm taking around £1000 maybe a bit more but only £1.2k max. I would say a minimum would be £700 for myself so you'll be fine. |

| i took £800 last year and was out most nights, did a couple of excurstions and still managed to take a little bit of change home (had a missus which is probs why i didnt spend so much) ...going again in march this time with mates so will probs take about £1000....the more you take the more you can enjoy urself  |

| Fits perfect in the 100/night-rule of mine :-D Think about 35-40US for Open Bar at the Clubs, 10 for eating some awesome hungover-tacos. Tiping i would say 20US/night. Leaves you 30 for the day. No need for taxis as the RIU is in close walking distance to the Clubs. |

| 100usd/day is my rule of thumb. I spend like 600 bucks last year including bottle service every night. |

| Thanks guys! think i will take £1000 as i'd rather over budget than under budget! have a good spring break might bump into some of you in March |

| We fly from Manchester on the 6th of March and then fly back on the 21st of March, We booked all inclusive for 2 weeks and it cost us £1380 PP. |

| Hey Princess sorry for the late reply! Unfortunately i got abit mixed up with the dates ,We leave cancun on the 20th and arive back in England on the 21st so we wont be there when you arrive. |
