Hello all,

Me and 3 friends ( from Holland ) are coming to cancun in March ( 2 till 11 ). We are staying in the Gran Caribe AI. I am already seeking internet for some good advice and great tips ( a bit early, but we are exited ).

Here's what I want to know.

- Did we make a good choice of hotel?
- Did we choose the right dates?
- What kind of day trips are a must? ( because I dont wanna be wasted all )
- For what kind of people do we have to watch out?

I hope someone could give some great answers.

does anyone know if the golden parnassus is any good for young people?? were going end of may/early july.
were from the UK so dont really no much about spring break or if there is a summer break in may?

If you come at the end of may you will find the Cancun Jump Off (google it) that has been by far the best week of my life hahahaha

My gf and I are heading to Live Aqua the first week of Dec....it looks very nice, we have been to the Cancun to Tulum area a few times but never stayed at Live Aqua...

I will be in Cancun from 28.02 till 6. of March ;-)

Hotels: Riu Cancun or Grand Oasis...I liked Riu Cancun this year but Grand Oasis should Party harder ;-)

Henry, it completely depends on my work schedule...the 17-24 dates are basically set in stone (because it is based also on schedules of family/friends) but I am thinking about heading down for a long weekend earlier in March. Hopefully my work schedule keeps me in the Americas, and then it wouldn't be a challenge...hoping to meet up with you guys!

There are girls but the ratio is definitely skewed. Guys from all over the world have the field of dream mentality that if they book the trip to Cancun, they will get laid. On the other hand, girls don't need to spend thousands of dollars to go somewhere in hope of getting laid.
