Looks like Hur Richard is taking another dead aim at Villarhermosa and Veracruz. Tropical Storm: Tracking Map : Weather Underground
Probably more flooding and road closings in store for those poor folks.
Remember the travel adventures of MAVSFAN on their journey through that area 3 or so weeks ago.
