Does anyone know of a U.S. Notary here in Cancun besides the one at the U.S. Consulate? The person I need to sign something is having a hard time getting to the consulate during the hours a notary is available. I am wondering if maybe an expat living here has kept his/her license current and offers this service. Thanks.
