| I fancy having a go at Tai Chi maybe a two or three mornings a week - get my mind and body centered for the day of office monotony that inevitably lies ahead Does anyone know a place to go for beginners or maybe if others are interested we can find a teacher and get a group together? Namaste guey. |

| Will definitely let you know Tracey. Any other takers? Steve - you should be able to manage this - good way to start the day so you can remain zen-like as the kids tear around the house |

| Not quite the same exercise but I like to start my day with a Te Chai. And I don't have to shower after.
