End times?

Has anybody else noticed the twenty or so buzzards that have taken to roosting about 200 feet up, in the Azteca TV tower, near the Hotel Zone entrance? Their circling has added to the dramatic evening views we have from our balcony, but I'm a little curious what the attraction is for them. (I'm feeling fine, thank you!)

I know that nearby is the home of a pack of wild dogs, numbering about 12-13, but I don't know if there may be a connection.

A pack of wild dogs, itself, is a little unsettling when it passes near where you're running or walking, but these are NOT all black, and their tail wagging is at least SOME reassurance; still, my wife is not too happy with their presence when she's out for a run.
