Anyone who has already expressed interest have dates they need to avoid because of other commitments?

I can go any night except the 7th, but I expect it will be later than that.

Sounds good to me. Except Saturdays in December are either 3, 10, 17 or 24

Just remembered it's Dani's birthday on the 9th and I think her party is planned for the 10th so that may not work for me.

17th work for all ?

9th or 16th is ok for me. It is my daughters birthday on the 9th but she will be in bed by 7:30ish (presuming we'll be meeting later than that) . Her party is the next day and may go on later.

Hey guys, can we do this Friday the 9th?

The following weekend (16/17th) Jannet and I are hoping for a couple of days away together at a hotel without our kids.

My Mum arrives on the 5th Dec and she's staying for Christmas and New Year. At long last we'll get someone we can trust who is willing to look after the kids overnight and give us a chance for a little break together.

Ok, so we got the date 9th Dec, how about fixing up the venue and time?

Time: 8 til late suit everyone?

Had a few suggestions on venue:

La Taberna - but the one on Andres Quintana Roo, rather than Yaxchillan. Cheap drinks, and outside patio area where smokers can sit with non smokers - sorry for mentioning that Kel
or
Black Pub - at Plaza del Muertos. Slightly more expensive drinks, quite a bit chic er and a great live band about 11ish. (will need to book a table if we go with this).

What say thee?

I'll go anywhere but if I might add another suggestion, it would be Yesterday's on Luna. Great American/Brit music from the 60s-90s, cheap drinks and just a really cool place.

its not sarish, its my other best friend, she is staying all the way in the hotel zone, maybe i convince them to go to wherever we have our cancuncare drinkies lol or maybe even i wont go see them haha
