Also the wireless connection has failed on two computers simultaneously. After 2 * 40 minute calls Telmex tell us all is fine.

They wont listen to speed reports from sites like the above. They insist I download the itunes software and count how many seconds it takes. Then they said I probably had too many cookies on my machine and to delete them.

I could scream.

Yeah, as soon as a phone tech person tells me to delete my cookies I hang up...that just tells me they don't know anything. Very frustrating!

Hey V, that's good news! Shame that Cablemas aren't available here, it stops about 100 meters away in Corales and they have no idea if they will ever add our street! The 'tv' you speak of, is that digital cable with a box to easily know what is on and find the channel or the analog cable where you have to remember what the channels are, a few channels have bad reception and there is one scrolling channel telling you what is on?

I'm considering going for Dish, as soon as we can get the 10mb/20mb telmex, i'll drop my package to 599 pesos a month, get twice the speed i get now and then put the Dish on the telmex bill and lose the rip-off sky, should save me about 700 pesos a month, i'll get HD channels and movies too.
