Default Sage and other spices

Can anyone recommend a good place to get spices from? I've seen a few in Liverpool but most supermarkets seem to have a very basic range.

Particularly looking for....

Sage (Salvia??)
Nutmeg (nuez moscada??)

Also looking for Sausage meat, I remember Walmart having some a couple of years back but never seen any again?

Thanks in advance, fingers crossed!

If you go to La Europea they should have what you're looking for in their gourmet section - they usually have a pretty large range of spices there. There's one in Cumbres opposite from Starbucks in it's own building in the middle of the parking lot (though I can't remember if they have all the spices there - I know for sure there's a large selection of spices in their store in Plaza Hollywood where Super Fitness is).

Sam I just had sage brought from the states (thanks ToriB). However, Tj told me right after that they have it at La Europea, he had trouble finding it there so you should ask him where it is located.

As for sausage meat..any grocery should have the ground pork but you need to ask for it with more fat because its way too lean the way it is ground. You should have them do at least an 80/20 ratio or 70/30 would be better for flavor just not as healthy but hey if you are eating sausage then who cares, right?

There's a new sausage place on Labna. It's called Michel's...it's German (good sausage) and I've heard they're good! It's a small place located on the right hand side of Labna going from VIPS to Walmart.
If you get to Kamikazi corner, you've gone too far.

Thanks for the tips! Just need to find a good joint of beef, they had some in Sams the other day like a sirloin for roasting but now they just have the biggest slabs of meat that you'd need an AGA to cook them in!

Also, where do they sell Chicken Broth, is that available?

I have found all those choices spices/herbs fresh in Wallymart where the cilantro and parsley are. BUT around Thanksgivingthey did not have the Sage nor did Soriana.

As Cun Fun said it was at La Europea in the spice section just to the right of the deli section. It is alphabetically in the F section as they call it Fresca de Salvia. Forever it just says Sage or Salvia on the bottle. Go figure. Not tipo bad on the price. In the mid $40s I believe. The nutmeg is in many stores.
