Departure Immigration has moved

Took a friend to the airport Monday. She has an FM3 and we disovered that the immigration desk for departures is now located at Gate A8, downstairs. Now, instead of bringing the completed form back to check-in, you take it to your departure gate.

What time was this? Was it before 7 am? The Alfa office, where you go to get your Salida/Regresa form is still in operation, same hours, same, location (hubby is stationed there this week). But if you need to leave before it opens you must go to the main INM office and that's more of a pita.

Thanks for the clarification Rivergirl. Yes, it was before 7:00am. I didn't even think about that possibility as I personally would NEVER take a flight that early in the morning..lol
