I know he doesn't make much, if any, money off the board itself (since we're all too busy reading to click those lovely Google Ads). | Yeah gotta agree, I looked at various other sites in pursuit of info and every time found myself coming back here, in essence its now my one stop shop for info. It’s been an absolute godsend to me for my first trip to Cancun last may and even after my first visit to Cancun I'm still picking up new info and ideas for my second trip... | I'm not just jumping on the bandwagon here, though I highly agree with all sentiments! Funny how most of my "real life" friends came through CancunCare. CC not only keeps tourists informed, but is a social board for locals too. Where else can we ask what to do about scorpions or how to deal with Telmex? Yay Steve!

| Thanks Kim, and all. Hope I wasn't whinging about it all too much on NYE :wink: It can be a pain sometimes, but that's more than outweighed by all the good people I've met through the site. It must literally be over a thousand if you include all those at the BBG and the breakers board, and obviously many of the expats who've become great personal friends. A succesful board reflects it's contributors both in terms of knowledge and in numbers, so the thanks are really due to all those that post here and elsewhere on the board. Without everyone else, sitting here by myself would have got boring long long ago! |
