Cancun/Puerto Aventuras Dec 2-12

Hey folks - heading down that way in about 10 days and can't wait! We'll be down there for 11 days and looking to get any suggestions on things to do as we'll likely rent a car and love to explore (I've been down that many times, my gf only twice)..We'll be splitting our stay between the hotel zone Live Aqua just us and Puerto Aventuras where we'll have a few friends join us...We Here is what we have so far:

Live Aqua Dec2-8th - (could use a few more things to do during this time!!)
- likely some R&R and a little bit of newbie tourist party mode (may do a club night)
- a day to drive over to Isla Blanca and hopefully it won't be too crowded
- I lined her up for a cooking class another day and I'll likely try to scuba dive
- Would love to get a recommendation on a gentlemans club to visit

Dec8th -12th - Puerto Aventuras (Aventuras club)
- Cozumel (scuba diving/checking out the shops)
- One friend wants to try kite surfing - is Tulum the closest place that offers?
- Have a chartered boat to take us down to snorkel with some turtles near akumal and then on to reef by the Tulum ruins - I hear it should be very nice by boat
- Likely a day walking around Playa and also checking out a few properties for future trips

any other recommendations - would love more to do near the hotel zone that isn't too touristy...
