TTR Report...Jan 15-23...during miss temptation finale

So where to begin!! (this is long, but I've tried to section it off so if you want to read about one thing in particular, it is easy to identify which paragraph(s) you want to read)

First off, I had an amazing week! So many great people, great staff, and great friends! Thanks to everyone for making a nice single guy's week sooo awesome!!

I was there during the Miss Temptation finale week. That does change things and the feel a bit, but it was a lot less pronounced than last year. What I'm not going to do is give a play by play...

I'm a big fan of "not being a creepy guy"...I hate seeing dudes with cameras purposely taking shots of girls around the pool...it creeps me out and I'm not even the one taking the photos of.

People...I've always thought that people make this place run. As great as the facility/resort is, as well as everything functions and as clean as it is overall, the people make this place great. And if you have a bunch of boring people, or you just hang out with a bunch of assholes/bitches, your vacation will reflect that. Everyone that knows me hopefully feel that I do not fit in the above noted negative categories...it's the only reason I can think of why all these amazing and beautiful people, both men and women, choose to spend any time with me around.

This week had its share of 'tools' and stalkers, but there was a larger group of fun people. All of the Miss Temptation finalists and their significant others that I spent time with (5 of the 7) were great. I'm not going to name names or point specific people out, but anyone that was around this group was great. Definitely a fun group of "swayers"...everything from truth or DARE Jenga, to midnight swims and ipod doc shenanigans, there was lots of fun had by all. Everyone was a good sport and definitely no prudes among us.

TIPS FOR SINGLES...don't be a douche...please....you give us all a bad name. Not everyone with tits wants to be hit on, and not every guy is cool with their wives being hit on by girls (though I know few exceptions)...get to know people, have fun, be friendly. Don't grab random peoples asses...ask permission at least, you might get more than an ass grab if you're nice about it!! Those who know me, know I'm not there to get laid...that is not true with a lot of singles...even some women that I met turned me right off because they were just there to get "as much cock as possible" as one nice lady put it to me. I guess those girls and guys can meet up...but I'm there for vacation to relax, have good clean/dirty fun with people.

Those I met on the boobs cruise and here on Cancuncare were a great addition. After meeting people in December from the site, I knew that anyone from here knew at least what to expect and would be "good people". I'll talk more about that and the boobs cruise in a bit.

Weather was perfect...I was there from the 15th to the 23rd...it was windy on the 15th and 16th, but perfect the rest of the week. No rain, few clouds, and lots of sun...some people may have gotten a bit too much sun from me when I was in that leather tho...cough cough...

Food...well if you've been there, then you know...it was great. Buffet for breakfast (om-e-lette), and lunch at my leisure when it wasn't a liquid one...and dinner at the various restaurants are great. I will say that the seafood which no longer requires reservations is lacking a little on the service side compared with the other 3, but still all great experiences. There is no reason to get bored at the buffet if you're a foodie like me. Reservations can be made after 10 am and even if you don't do that, the wait is not too bad normally at the tex-mex or seafood. They also added a pig roast night which was on Monday night. I don't know if they are going to keep doing it, but it was great. It was set up instead of the buffet and it was set outside around the sports pool. It was coupled with a DJ and show out doors later in the evening. To tack on to this, the drinks are great. A drunken monkey was normally my first drink of the day...kinda like a banana milkshake with alcohol. Otherwise, make sure you just ask for the proper alcohol. Don't ask for a vodka and sprite, be specific and say Smirnoff...makes all the difference in the world. And please tip...they appreciate it a lot. I bring about $200 to $300 for tips for a week. It's optional, but all the bartenders know me and I don't even have to ask for a drink most of the time...it's poured before I get there.

Boobs Cruise...Steve is doing a great job organizing the boobs cruise. Chinos and Omar are awesome along with the crew. They look like they really enjoy their jobs and that only makes it better for everyone who is along for the ride. Again, the people make it...if the people are boring, prudes, or don't know what they're getting themselves into, then it will reflect that. I think ours was tame compared to what I've heard from others, but we still had a good time. Recommendation: bring alcohol infused whipped cream...they don't provide it...if you want it, you bring it...everyone will join in. We unfortunately didn't have any . And I do recommend the skinny dipping in the ocean...first time for doing it in such beautiful open water...and my ass will never forget that cannon ball!

Miss Temptation Finale...So for the theme of the week, the girls were great. They were good sports. Echo was in the house and she was really social and definitely gave a friendlier vibe than last year. She was smiling the whole time which was nice to see. The 7 contestants that showed up were absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately 5 didn't make it and most canceled at the last minute which bummed me out because I had been in touch with 2 of them and had hoped to spend time with them...but oh well...life went on. What that has caused though is that I've heard there will be no finale next year and that the winner of each month will simply be given a free week to come back...not including airfare. The girls all seemed to get along great and like I said earlier, I spent a good amount of time with 5 of them, and 2 others who returned from last year's competition for the week. If you want to know more about the competition itself and can't find out, PM me and I'll be happy to tell, but I don't think this is the place to talk about it.

What didn't happen
Unfortunately, due to the finale of the Miss Temptation contest, there was no casino night. Some disappointed people were out that night anyways in their 'best outfits'...myself included...pink tie and all...we made a night of it and had a great party. A few of us ended up in the "all night pool", but I wouldn't recommend that normally as an alternative.

Also what didn't happen is I didn't play any beach volleyball which I hope to correct next year once I am fully recovered from breaking my leg playing hockey last March. So expect my ass on the court next year!

Closing remarks
Thanks again to everyone that made this trip great...I'm not naming names because I'm too scared to miss anyone, but if you know me, then you know who you are. And thanks to everyone who was there in December too because you guys were no less awesome! But no offense, January is my pick because the weather was better!

We met a few times in our drunken state of mind around the pool area, you were the best for the bikini swap. It was a pleasure meeting you from time to time, this was our first time there, we didn't know you were a single guy as everyone was partying 24/7, we thought you were there with a group of people. Jodie & I went down there as 2, and came home with 30+ new friends all within 7 days. If you want pm me and I'll give you our facebook info and you can add us, we have quite a few new friends and I am sure they have pictures of you, especially the bikini swap lol, you looked great, hairy chest and all lol. Once added we will suggest quite a few to you and you can add them like we did and find pictures there. We're going back in a couple of weeks mid Feb and looking forward to meeting more new people.
