the night club (dance bar) of the temptation close early??

Hello has all! Is it true that the bar closes early kind 1ham??? If have wants to party all night It is really necessary to go into town?

There will be a few guests that will be continuing to party most of the night at the resort, but you will have to go to one of the clubs to party with a large group.

It doesn't open every night only when there is a show on in there like the lingerie night, then it tends to empty straight away. Out of 14 nights we only stayed in nice shoes after the show twice and then it was only our group in there. Everyone goes to the bar or out to the clubs.

I find his just man domage to have to pay out to go to dancer in a bar I consider good to go to the coco bongo but for other his is going to couter one fear expensively I find ... :wink:

I also read somewhere that a méga party of 6pm has 6am this in the temptaton has air(sight) opened I do not know any more too much if it is on the beach or ds the center of the resort but his(her,its) seemed etre an evening of dance has the outside is exact??

once the main function for the evening is over the resort takes everyone to a different night club each night around 11pm. depending on the crowd left at the resort the dicso area will stay open to about 1am, then everyone goes to the open air bar area. this area is not much for dancing just hanging around talking etc.
as far as the bars--
coco bongo- great shows but barely room to move much less dance due to being so crowded (our opinion a little over rated). the city- very good shows and room to dance. bulldog cafe- very good bands plenty of room to dance. senior frogs- this is our favorite fast paced and also plenty of room to dance. basics good club only been here once. daddyo's good dance club. clubs cost around $40 to $50 for cover and all ya can drink or $10 and ya pay for your drinks. wife usually has only 1 or 2 drinks so we get her the $10.

Why does everyone leave and go to the clubs? Couldn't TTR be just as much fun if everyone stuck around?

they basicly slow everything down about 11pm, by about 1am only the center open air bar is open. it would be great to have thing hopping most of the night.

Our first trip we went out almost every night and found we wanted to know what we were missing at TTR. The next 2 trips we stuck around, alot of shady things start happening and it is fun to bring the clubbers onboard as they get back. Having done it bothways we are now staying in more than going out.

Depending on how we feel we sometimes skip the tourist clubs and go to the LAtin clubs and party with the locals.We go to Azucars,Sabor Latino,or Mambo Cafe.I find these clubs serve much better drinks and less expensive.Also I dont have to fight the crowds and get faster service.

We usually close down Nice Shoes then hang out at Paty O's. The wife will dance all night every night if there's music. Especially with the portable stripper pole

I noticed we R going to be TTR at the same time .Their R several people coming that we have met before at TTR that is alot of fun. We usally stick around nice shoes & slip the DJ some cash to play some good music & then close it down. After that we go to patty o's & drink some more & then look for, R start a Party!!!

My wife and I are really looking forward to our first time at TTR in May 4-8. We were thinking (maybe incorrectly) that there would be enough going on (including dancing) at night at the resort that we wouldn't need to go to clubs. But it sounds like a lot of people hit the clubs, so we'll just have to wait and see.

We'll party with ya at the resort. We are planning a trip to Coco Bongos one night but most nights we will be up for a good party at TTR ...body shots?...jello shots? hmmm all kinds of possibilities. Patty O's is a Bar, Nice Shoes is where they have the nitely entertainment ,shows,casino nite, DJ & dancing, etc. They also have a bar there but it will close when Nice shoes does.

When we were there last week, there really were a lot of people at
Padyo's once the show in nice shoes got over, really saw no reason to leave the resort. We were there till 2 am several nights and when we headed to our room, the party was still going strong. Would have stayed later but at our age it is tough to keep going when you start at 9 AM

That bar used to stay open later because it doubles as a bar for the pool tables & Wii room. Have they changed this since We were there in October? I think it stayed open til 1:00 am

As first timers, we'll play it by ear, but will probably do the big clubs a couple nights, and hopefully go into town to some smaller bars some nights. And stay at the resort too some nights. We should find a way to share cabs and get to town. I suppose we'll make plans after we meet some people.

Take the bus not a cab - cheap as hell, stops outside the hotel and you'll have a great laugh on there... many a "sing a long" and friends made on the bus home lol x

we agree with US2933, the bus is the only way to go, runs every 2-3 minutes and only costs about a dollar, will take you anywhere in the hotel zone, and there are some really entertaining moments late at night

I noticed that TTR offerers organized trips to the clubs, that includes transportation there, cover and drinks, but no trip back. How hard and expensive is it to get back to resort

You aren't kidding. We left Coco Bongo's around 3 a.m. in October...and "someone" was trying to negotiate with the cab drivers out front. We wound up taking the bus because one happened to pull up.

Well, me drunk with cash in my pocket in addition to a guy with an acoustic guitar leads to a drunken rendition of Knockin' On Heaven's Door...complete with me ripping my vocal chords out trying to hit Axl's GNR version.


The next day I could have sworn it was a 20 minute walk back to TTR because they were doing construction on the bridge. I said to Brenda...well, there was that 20 minute walk back to the hotel. She said "In what world was that a 20 minute walk?"

In my drunk state it was...that's what.
