| OOOOOO this is a interesting question. I (les) would have to go for: 1) Heaven & Hell ----Black Sabbath 2) Meteora ------- Linkin Park 3) Black Album ------ Metallica 4) Life ------ Thin Lizzy 5) Live in the heart of the cty ------- Whitesnake If I could only listen to one song over and over it would have to be Into The Light by In This Moment Or Forgiven by Within Temptation because they remind me of my Dad & Tammy. |

1. GNR - Appetite... 2. Heaven And Hell 3. Facelift - Alice In Chains 4. Black Mollys - Overnight Disgrace 5. Ben Folds Five - Whatever and Ever Amen My musical taste is so broad, it took a bit to come up with this.

| [QUOTE=choffman2k;312759]Man after my own heart with Dio-era Sabbath QUOTE] I'd pick Dio over Ozzy any day. To be honest, Tony Martin, Glen Hughes and Ian Gillan were all better Sabbath singers than Ozzy. He was just in the right place at the right time I suppose. Eternal Idol and Seventh Start are just pure class. I've seen Sabbath about 10 times, went to see Heaven & Hell (sabbath with Dio) last year and they were outstanding. |

You're the only damn person I've ever heard say they liked Seventh Star. I picked that up when I was about 13 and thought it was great. I understand where people debate whether or not the Sabbath name should be used though. It was supposed to be Tony's solo album, but the company made him use the Sabbath name.

Have you ever listened to Tony Iommi's three solo albums? The first has guest singers but the other two have Glen Hughes singing and they are pure class. I've started listening to Born Again with Ian Gillan singing and to be honest it's a very good listen. | |

| Ken just has to disagree with US2933 when saying that Ozzy was just there at the right place at the right time. Nobody can sing 'YEAH!' like the Ozzman. For proof, listen to 'Thrill of it All' off of the Sabbotage album. Top five would be almost impossible to choose as it changes daily for me but, for today: 1) Black Sabbath - Sabbotage 2) RUSH - Moving Pictures 3) Catherine Wheel - Chrome 4) Spock's Beard - Snow 5) Dream Theatre - Scenes from a Memory THAT WAS HARD!!!

| Damn this is a tough one. My tastes are so varied also, but I'll take a stab at it. Queen - Night at the Opera (Sheer Heart Attack close second) Bruce Springsteeen - Born to Run (love Jungleland!) Eagles - Hell Freezes Over (acoustic version of Hotel California is hard to beat) Beatles - Sgt Peppers Lonley Hearts Club Band Red Hot Chili Peppers- Blood Sex Magic And I'd definitely have to smuggle in Music from the Motion Picture "Pulp Fiction"

| okay i undertand now that they have to be albums - i only get 5? for the rest of my life? got to have lots of variety as my mood changes - cant stick with just one type forever - would get old!!!!! maximize variety cocunut telegaph by jimmy buffet - its kinda country, kinda pop, - would work perfectly at times dirt by alice in chains - if for no other reason - can you say "would"? mirror ball by sarah mlachlin - would never have made it through the years 1999 - 2002 without this album - even tough i hae not listened to it in years - if were gong to be stuck there is nothing i would want more than this for those reflective evenings purple rain by prince - speaks for itself infinity by journey - if i had to pull just one rock album from my favorite decade - this is the choice dont ever make me have to make these choices !!!!!!!!!!!!! lol rob
