I've been working out pretty hard for a few months, i've only GAINED 1.5 pounds...that's not bad considering how much I drink!

We are booked for early May and just booking has gotten us both on the path to get back in top shape. We don't want to end up after the holidays with more to lose. I think those of you who book a couple of trips a year have the right idea Now off to do my P90X, have to say it does work.

t and i were just takling last night about the fact that our two trips a year are saving us so much money in health bills and food allowance as we eat a lot better and exercise a lot mere

so in a weird way the trips are saving us tons of money in the long run

on the home stretch now! 25 days to go.. drop the muscle building routines and push the hard core cardio/fat cutting now for 3 weeks. Yuck, i hate cardio

Yeah am right there with you, give me weights any day over cardio. We are 30 days out, and its time to get some artificial sun so we dont burn.

In beer24x, cardio is when you drink as fast as you can until you pass out. You have to push yourself or you never improve.

for sure! yea i'm going to be a lightweight then im there. out of practice, havent had much to drink the last 4 months.. hopefully my canadian drinking genes kick in and i get back on the wagon when i arrive

The woman and I definitely have ourselves a few cuervo shots, margaritas, and dos equis a week before we go. Mexican night is a tradition every year even though by the time its over we don't remember it....hahah.

13 days to go.. pretty happy with results so far. Down to 188lbs, 17.2% BF. (in march i was 220lbs, 29.5% BF) Takes a long time to get that last bit to go away! Wont be 100% to where i'd like to be before trip, but on a good track for 2011. This was a good motivator for me.

Well 4 days to go before the big plane ride to the sun.. ! I think I accomplished alot over the last 3-4 months on getting towards my goals, and this thread did keep me on track.. Some of the ideas did improve what I was doing, and congrats to all who were getting in shape too. Now my goal at temptations is to try and not slide back to far!!
