| connie has bought a few new outfits for this year. although they are very small they take up room. she uses those vacume bags to store some her clothes in at home & has heard of people using them to travel. does anyone know if there is anything there to vacume the air out of the bag at ttr? |

| Can't say I have but I would think if you looked at camping supplies you might be able to find a small air mattress pump that would do the job for you.

| Hi, I have a Reynolds Handi-Vac vacuum sealer for removing air and eliminating freezer burn! YaY! Works on quart and gallon sized bags for this gadget! I used it to pack an emergency winter kit and make it air-tight for my son and his family car. Made first-aide supplies, water-proof matches, fire-starters, emergency gloves, socks, hat and flashlight, sealed and water/air tight! Don't know how big of bags they make for it but I'm sure there is something similar around. Good luck! Jo P.S. It is only the size of a hair-brush, little heavier, don't know why it wouldn't fit in the luggage? Last edited by Tim&Jo; 02-04-2011 at 08:23 AM. Reason: Addition |

| I don't know if it helps but there are travel versions of those vacuum bags that have valves and you squeeze the air out by hand rather than suck it out with the vacuum..... |
