one leg squats, thats got to hurt, glad its friday and another week gone, we really need a holiday, know anywhere nice we could go, must have sun, lots to drink & fun and exciting people and no children allowed. dont mind if the ladies go topless or want to wear thongs, i could put up with that , throw in free food & drink and i'm there. dave.

Did one leg squats two days in a row and suffered for at least 36 hours after and even now i'm still sore but, it's probably my run this morning. Funny Glenn would also say he'd be anywhere where the ladies are topless and wearing thongs. Love being free and can't wait to be back.

Hows Glenn doing after his fall.? Sorry haven't been on here much lately , I love pb&j for lunch and just so happened we ended up w/one of the jars of bad pb (extreme sick) all better now , got to look on the bright side lost 5 lbs. in 2 days.

yes every thing is great been decorating last few days been 7 1/2 hours fron 7 this morning striping paint off a radiator that job is a night mare never mind finished now so its a few bottles of wine and lunch practising for BBG Kathy worked this morning so we are chilling now and well deserved it is to, love to all

Im grateful for my yummy hubby, who brought me up a cup of tea in bed this morning on his day off.
im grateful for my kids, for having to put up with such a mad mum.
im grateful to my son who puts up with his mum likeing the same bands as him, and wanting to go to there concerts.
im grateful for my son-in law, who fixed the p.c after dave deleted our settings after a night on the piss.
i will be grateful for my bed tonight after staying up untill 2am trying to fix the bloody thing. :lol: love Sue x

Today I'm grateful my ear is finally starting to drain after 2 weeks of being plugged..
I'm grateful for an awsome sunrise and beaming sun in the kitchen and living room.
I'm grateful for an awsome workout and stretching, lots of stretching. Felt so good.
I'm grateful the scale it says 3lbs less. Could this be true. god I hope so.
I'm grateful for feeling good and being healthy.
I'm grateful for being only 2 months from BBG.

Must be getting excited for the wedding too. Glenn and I have been married for 16 years but, we've known each other since we were 16 so going on 22 years together and an extra 2 or 3 years or so as friends before that. I was that 40 year old but, not the one they were looking for I guess. Boy! I feel so let down by it too.

I am getting very excited about the wedding and going to Vegas for 3 days, it should be a blast. Ron and I have known eachother for 10 yrs, 3 of those we were friends and then the last 7 dating. This will be my 3rd (and last) marriage and Ron's second but pretty much since the day we met I think both of us knew we were supposed to be together

I'll be 40 2 days after we get married, I don't think it's me they're looking for either if it makes you feel better

You and Ron were friends before dating too cool. Confusess says: This is your last marriage. Best friends belong together. Live long and prosper. I can't believe you have four kids. Wow. It's not too late to just get married at bluebay and book in April girl. 40 is a blast, I love it.

Actually we were thinking about BBG but it would be hard to get married without the kids there and only one of mine is over 21 so off to Vegas with all of us. Maybe next year we will be there at the same time I'm not at all upset about turning 40 since everything is going my way this is the best time of my life!
