|  go figure. a person smokes for years, hardly gets a cold. quit for 4 weeks and the start of a cold? oh well just another fun thing to deal with latley. I think i will package myself up, send myself to ttr, and chill for a week. when you have a boss who im sure is on meds, then goes off them for awhile, goes crazy, then back on and all the screw ups are my fault, and it has gone on for 7 years!!! oh well she is gone in july!! i can hold out that long!!

| 6 weeks!! yea very happy about this. taking a cruise in may. spending the money for vac. instead of smoking the way it should be!!!

| Both of us are smoke free for 45 days!!!! Smoking is HISTORY!!! YEA BABY!!! We still get some cravings, but they're getting weaker and weaker.......

| Cold turkey after TTR!!! been since the 16th ish, upon return to the homeland. Just time i guess, plus i saw myself smoke a pack a day down there, when i have been a pack a week at home. Not saying i QUIT, but decided not my thing. Others drink with out smoking, i figure i can too. I do tend to drink a few more each night....lol jimmy

| well good for all of you... Jeff and I have been trying to quit since Saturday... yes we are still married !!! LOL it sure is a bitch but we are still trying cold turkey hmmm I was almost crying yesterday. |

Our 1st grand child was coming, our daughter told us that it would be tough to bring the baby to our house if we were still smoking. It was a very, very easy thing to do, after that wake up call....very easy & cold turkey. Baby was born 22 days ago, extremely proud to say, we've been smoke free for 46 days and won't ever start up again.

| we're going to make our next attempt to quit after TR. We already don't smoke in the house or Jeep and we haven't smoked at work for months. We wait until we come home and have a smoke outside. After TR it is time to make the final push. |
