|  How much are cigarettes in Mexico? Im assuming they can't be as much as they are here in NY (min. $10.00 a pack). Just wanted to make sure I should wait until Im there to buy. Thanks! |

| we usually stop at walmart and buy a carton...$27.00...you'll pay around $40.00 in the hotel zone...roughly $4.00/pack

| We bought a carton at the airport I cant remember exactly how much but I do know they are much cheaper than the states

| I can't remember, Can you get to the duty free store when coming into Mexico at the airport? I know we get them going back??? The last time we were there in 2009, they were outrageous at the resort. Not sure if we should bring them from home or hop over to Cancun's Wal-Mart after we get there? |

| Marlboro lights are 38 pesos a pack in local stores downtown, probably 45 in hotel zone stores. I would guess at the hotel itself they'll be about 70 pesos. Current exchange rate is 11.66 pesos to the dollar. A carton of 200 at Walmart would be about $35. |

| hello actually prices vary but at a regular little convenience store (here they are called OXXO) marlboro cost 38 pesos which you do the math! the dollar is about 10.90 now |

| We always get ours at the duty free, right after you walk through customs, we paid $26/carton of Marlboro Lights at the end of April.

| I never paid more than 5 dollars a pack, usually they are cheaper at the walmart, liquor stores or OXXO conveniences but sometimes I would run out at the pool and buy them in the hotel lobby gift shop for about 5 bucks or sometimes the bartenders sell them. |

| I would definitely buy them here, A girl I met from that area bought a carton and brought it down only to find out she could of saved half her money buying them in Mexico :P At 10 a pack I might have to rethink my habit lol holy smokes! |
