| Train heavily prior to trip in order to avoid hangovers. Then, still proceed to drink too much and aquire hangover, then say, "damn it, what was that hangover cure I read about??"

| Seriously, try vitamin B-12, the tabs you put under you tongue, they make a major difference. And re-hydration, of course. |

| Theres a new "cure" out now, its called Blowfish For Hangovers,you can order it online, its made up of 1000 mg of acetaminophen, 160 mg of caffeine, and an antacid, you add it to a glass of water, let it bubble and drink up...havent tried it yet, Ive ordered a box and TTR seems like a great place to give it a test run! |

| I'll agree with several above, start out with a B-12 or B complex in the morning with breakfast. Drink as much water as you can (both of these will also help keep your energy level up), I will alternate 1 glass of water for every 2 drinks or so. The advil before you pass out definitely helps keep the headache away and helps you sleep better. Not that I have ever tried any of this!!  |
