| I just gotta add my two cents worth... I've heard that you can lose some or all sensation in the nipples (mainly because they have to totally remove the nipples during the surgery to properly re-centre them). Frankly, I would NOT want to lose any sensation...I enjoy it way too much

| My two cents worth is that some guys like boobs no matter what they are real or not. Some guys like the real thing no matter what the size. Some guys like them real and big some like them real and small. It is like anything else in life, everyone has their own taste in boobs.
