| Does anyone know how to contact what used to be Blue Bat Premier? We have been members for several years and have never had a problem transferring points or booking rooms, but we have emailed two different email addersses since early January and have not received a response. Howard and Teresa |

| Anyone with a secret # that does not put you on hold for 3 hours and then disconnect? We have tried emailing, calling, everything short of sending carrier pigeons and cannot get a reply or speak to a human. UGH! Your call is very important to us blah blah blah!!!! 3 hours 17 minutes right now!

| They were all about communication when they were trying to sell us, but know that it is all paid for they have apparently forgot about us. I tried again today using the email addresses that you guys gave us as well as tried to call and waited on hold until I could not hold anymore. I am praying that they will email us back or something. I have also left 2 messages being as detailed as possible. I am very frustrated at the moment. Howard |

| Yea we sent them a check for our yearly fees and they cashed that right away, but we emailed them about our points transfer and booking of our rooms at the same time, but have not heard back. I guess since they switched over to Temptation they don't have time to give service to the existing members that have been loyal to them over the years. Howard |
