I have had both nipples done... still have one in. All I can say is pinch your nipple as hard as you can for 1 second... And thats it, you are pierced and I love it. Also. have it done with a barbell not a hoop. less movement with a barbell and will heal very fast in the salt water... Enjoy...

Got the belly button done it was nothing. Thought it would hurt and be sore after but not at all. Just had it done yesterday and it is no longer even red. Can't wait to get to TTR and show it off.

I like my bellybuton ring I would suggest getting it done before you go, just in case there is any discomfort with the piercing.. Also, so you can pay proper care to it before hand so it's healed nice before you get in your swimsuit

I actually just got something a little more permanent (tattoo) on my left hip, just so it could heal properly or be touched up if needed, before I get there the last week of May.

As for the piercing, it really doesnt hurt too bad. Just do what they tell you, in regards to breathing in and such, because you dont want it to be pierced crooked. In terms of aftercare, its just rinsing it a few times for the first week or two with warm water & sea salt. Make sure you go to a clean-appearing shop. I've walked into some shops and walked right back out.

PS - the hubby wants the nipples pierced here, but umm.. no. I think its hot on other women but.. Id rather have another new tattoo

Key word in that phrase was...migrating and sucks. So 'used to have' would be a better phrase. :evil:
