Going to the Clubs at night with the Staff

Club prices are running between $40-50 USD. That includes 1 way transportation to the club, bypassing the line, all your drinks while at the club, and being taken to a spot reserved for the Temptation folks.

Once there you're basically on your on in the club and for getting back to the resort. The benefits of going out with the Staff to the club is that you are walking into the bar with anywhere from 40-120 other guests from the resort as opposed to walking in on your own. If you have ever gone to a new bar at home by yourself, you know the feeling and how much walking in with friends makes a difference.

Sometimes the staff stays around for a while stirring things up and sometimes they don't. The night they take people to the club is usually the night before their day off. They usually work 12-14 hours days, 6 days a week so they have to get everything else done on their one day off. If they don't have a lot to do, maybe they can party for a while, otherwise early to bed, early to rise.

There are a couple of other options; one is the Party Hopper Tour (available through the Cancun Tours word link at the bottom of the page and then Night Tours). This runs $65 per person and hits the Congo Bar, Sr. Frogs, and the City all in one night. If you have a limited time and want to see several bars in one night, this might be the route. But you only get a limited time at each bar so if you start having fun you might not want to move on but you have too.

Another option is to go down to the bar zone on your own and hit all the minor clubs. Clubs like Mextreme that is a bar/restaurant, the Congo Bar, Corona Bar, Slices, DOS XX, Ultra, etc. These bars are open air bars that you can see what's going on from the street for the most part. The also have all you can drink prices for about $15 per person. Here you can also pay by the drink too if you want to go that route. If you do this, form your own gang to go with so you have someone walking in with you. Makes it more fun. You might start out for a couple of hours and end up watching the sunrise from your bar stool.

other then coco bongos which is the best bar to go to? For some reason i know in the years we have been to mexico we have gone to many of then bars but i can seem to remember dattyo's city or basics,,,,way to much liqour ithink!I vagley remember one that had two dance floors that planned different styles of music.

Basic is the one that shoots water in the middle of the dance floor, and they do the wet t-shirt comp which is basically all women naked dancing around a pole. Good times!
