FINALLY-JAN TRIP REPORT

Here is our quick trip report. We just wanted to let everyone know we had a great time at BBG, at the end of Jan. We wanted to list the people who made our trip great, KSBikers, J4, JJ2, Beachbums07, Drexal (all from this site) and then to add Rusty, Ken and Kathleen and of course the friends we took with us, Tara and Richard. We are sure there are many more that we may have not listed but it was great meeting all of you and partying with you.

First, our flights were great. The check-in at the resort was a breeze. We and our friends had great views from our balconies. The food was great, actually we thought possibly better than last year.

Of course those who were there know Chinos was out for me (Kay) and Tara (our friend), but it was all fun. It kind of sucked that we both played in the Ms BBG and the 65 year old lady won, lol. But we kind of knew that would be the case when she came up, we had fun with it anyway. We love the entertainment staff, Chinos and Lalo make BBG as far as we are concerned. We got to meet Lynn but her last day was the day we left, she was a lot of fun and yes she could be female Chinos, lol. We played naked tequila volley ball on the Saturday and we were on Chinos’ team, we lost, you don’t want to lose… Tim kept missing the ball, so Chinos put him on the side of the pool in volleyball timeout, lol. We all got a little drunk that day……

We went on Sergio’s booze cruise on Fri night and they took us to Carlos and Charlie’s, we were served food and all we wanted to drink. Me (Kay) and Tara ended up with Becky (Sergio’s sales lady) on top of the bar dancing before the night was over. On Saturday night we went to Bull Dogs with some of the staff, very cool place and the band was great, Tim said he felt like he was in the “Bat Cave” the way they had the inside of the place done, lol. Lalo was off but came to party with us and we had a blast.

The weather wasn’t as great as we would have loved for it to be, but it did not stop us from having a great time and meeting some wonderful new friends.

We hope to go back again next year…. Again thanks for the great time guys. We missed seeing some of the friends we made last year, like Barkley and Sandra in the sun. Maybe next year we can get it together..

She said she had to go back to Canada due to her insurance and benefits would expire. She said she would be back, but do not know if that meant to BBG or not. She was a sweet heart..

The plan right now is for Lynn to come back to BBG at some point but I wouldn't look for it to be anytime real soon.

She has some personal things in Canada to take care of so it could be a while. But they definitely want her back if she chooses to come back. It's totally up to her.

Hey Guys, unfortunately we only met you guys on our last day there... but hey, that is what the next trip is for right!!!!

So sorry I missed you guys this year, but we leave on the 8th for Cancun, Had to go this time in Feb.(25th Anv.) so Jan. was out. Sure had a great time with you guys last year!!

You know we missed you guys and had a blast last year with you. Maybe next year, or since we live so close getting together in between, like we said we would last year, lol.

P.S. I may be off of the internet for a while, I have about 6 weeks of intense therapy scheduled after being in the front row of the Ms. BBG contest....listening and visualizing the "ole broad in need of a young stud!" Man, she cracked me up. :wink:

Well Tim, I have to apologize. You gave me great wisdom with "Make sure you go in all the events but don't win any". I started out right, went in the music challenge. I didn't know any of the answers so I kept asking Jolaine. She made us get 20 out of 20 and since my name was on the paper, I had a playoff against one of the girls there. I sucked and couldn't answer any of the 4 questions, I think everyone thought I must have cheated to get 20 out of 20 but it was all Jolaine. But some how the tide changed. Ends up me and Jolaine won the baby bottle beer drinking contest, I won the Iron Man contest and Jolaine had a rocking night where first we go to the "Anything Goes Contest", get totally naked and she ends up winning the Ms Legs Contest with a wicked strip tease act. Then we go to Coco Bongos (what a wicked show) and Jolaine gets brought up on the main stage to dance in front of everyone 4 times. We didn't bring our camera there so I hope if anyone who reads this and has pictures send to us.
What can I say, meet good people, live hard, party hard and hopefully see everyone next year. By the way, it is -40C in Winnipeg. If you don't know how cold that is, you don't want to. It was awesome meeting you guys.
