Help: Cancun vs. Cabo

Wife and I (both 43) in need of a great couple only getaway. She enjoys going topless and thong (she is an aerobics instructor). We have been to Temptation Cancun twice and like the freedom, topless friendly, adult t.v., etc. Thinking about going to Cabo, just for something different in July. Thoughts? Also, we are thinking of getting the Temptations Suite or Jacuzzi Suite...worth it? Any help appreciated. Just want to go let our hair down for a couple of days.
